Cialis® (tadalafil) is a medication licensed to treat erectile dysfunction in men. Clinical studies have shown that up to 78 percent of men who were taking the drug were able to have successful intercourse. Cialis comes in the form of a tablet and is typically taken one hour before sexual activity (although you should not take it more than once a day). A few of the common side effects seen with this medication include headaches, facial flushing, and indigestion.
