Levitra 5 mg Tablets

A healthcare provider may prescribe Levitra® (vardenafil HCl) to treat erectile dysfunction (ED). The recommended starting dosage is 10 mg, taken one hour before sexual activity.
Depending on how well the medication works or possible side effects you may experience, your healthcare provider may decrease your dosage of Levitra to 5-mg tablets. Or, if necessary, a higher dose may be prescribed.
The medication can be taken at any time during the day. However, you should not take Levitra more than once a day. This drug can be taken with or without food, although taking Levitra with a high-fat meal may decrease the amount of medicine in the blood.
