Levitra for Women

Erectile dysfunction (ED) -- a condition in which a man is unable to maintain an erection that is firm enough for sexual intercourse -- can be treated with Levitra® (vardenafil HCl). It comes in tablet form and is designed to be taken an hour before sexual activity.

This medication works by blocking the chemical process that causes blood to flow out of the penis. Thus, Levitra is not for women. Women who are concerned about their sexual performance should talk to their healthcare providers about the options available to them.
