Levitra® (vardenafil HCL) is a prescription drug that has been licensed to treat erectile dysfunction (ED), also known as impotence. Some of the effects of Levitra include achieving and maintaining an erection during sexual activity, having a harder erection during sexual activity, and experiencing greater frequency of orgasms. Levitra has been shown to be effective in men with various health problems and medical conditions. The medicine comes as a tablet taken as needed (usually one hour before sexual activity). In most cases, Levitra starts working within an hour and can work for up to four hours.
