Viagra 25 mg Tablets

If you have erectile dysfunction, your healthcare provider may recommend an oral medication called Viagra® (sildenafil citrate). For most men, the recommended starting dose of this drug is 50 mg, taken an hour before sexual activity.

Depending on how well it works or possible side effects you may experience, your healthcare provider may decrease your dosage of Viagra to 25 mg tablets. Or, if necessary, a higher dose may be prescribed, up to a maximum of 100 mg.

The medication can be taken at any time during the day. However, you should not take Viagra more than once a day.
