Yohimbe is not recommended for use during pregnancy. Yohimbe may cause relaxation of the uterine muscles and may be toxic to the fetus. Although yohimbe is a "natural" product, it is not necessarily safe. If you are already taking yohimbe and pregnancy occurs, make sure to let your healthcare provider know.
